5. Editorial Process

According to the editorial team's assessment, before the transition to Open Journal Systems (OJS), the average time from manuscript submission to publication was between 4 and 6 months.

Under the journal's peer review policy, the journal aims to reach an editorial decision within 6 to 8 weeks when the standard editorial procedure proceeds without complications (see "Peer Review Process"). Beginning in 2027, the time from manuscript submission to editorial decision will be recorded automatically in OJS.
